Policy for Corporate Sponsor Postings:

I. Current Corporate Sponsors: Only corporations that are currently enrolled as a corporate sponsor are privy to posting advertisements on the website.

II. BOD Review:  All postings will be reviewed by the BOD. The postings will be reviewed electronically by the BOD. The BOD will have 48 hours to review the posting. All postings that do not meet the above policy requirements will be declined.

III. Postings must be submitted to the webmaster in Word or PDF format. The advertisement will be posted as is, as the webmaster will not be responsible for editing or modifying presentation. Any pictures included in the posting must be submitted separately in JPEG format.

IV. Job Postings: Corporate sponsors may post open employment positions at no cost with BOD approval.
