Western Colorado Lung Health Connection is excited to present our Second Annual Western Colorado High Life Lung Health Conference for patients with COPD and other lung diseases. Our focus is our patients, family  members, care givers, and anyone else interested in learning about lung health.

Our goal is to offer support and hope through education and empowerment. We will be offering education in the latest treatments, resources, and services available to those individuals living and coping with the
challenges of lung disease.
