Please join us as an exhibitor at this exciting event. You will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with 150-200 potential customers. We also know that you will respect and abide by HIPPA guidelines.

An exhibit fee of $325.00 includes a standard booth space 6 foot table with 2 chairs and lunch for 2 representatives from your company. Additional exhibit personnel may purchase a lunch for $25.00 each.

We encourage you to bring a door prize that will be awarded during the lunch hour. Your company name will be recognized at the time of the drawing.

All booths must be set up by 8:30am and we urge you to stay until 3:30pm.

Exhibitor space is limited. Early registrants will be given premier table locations.
