The Steel City Lung Health Conference committee is excited to present our first Annual Lung Health Conference for patients with COPD and other lung diseases. Our focus is our patients, family members, care givers, and anyone else interested in learning about lung health.

Our goal is to offer support and hope through education and empowerment. We will be offering education in the latest treatments, resources, and services available to those individuals living and coping with the
challenges of lung disease.

Please join us as an exhibitor at this exciting event. You will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with 150-200 potential customers. We also know that you will respect and abide by HIPPA guidelines.

An exhibit fee of $325.00 includes a standard booth space 6 foot table with 2 chairs and lunch for 2 representatives from your company. Additional exhibit personnel may purchase a lunch for $25.00 each.

We encourage you to bring a door prize that will be awarded during the lunch hour. Your company name will be recognized at the time of the drawing.

All booths must be set up by 8:30am and we urge you to stay until 3:30pm.

Exhibitor space is limited. Early registrants will be given premier table locations.
